Join a leading institute in international relations and development, where you work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and help shape impactful academic projects. This is a full-time, 12-month position in Geneva, Switzerland, starting on June 1, 2026.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as the main contact for partner relations in ARPs, from initial meetings to project recruitment, proposal development, and ongoing communication.
  • Design and implement partner application processes, including creating materials, guidelines, and managing application forms.
  • Analyze partner applications, coordinate with ARP Faculty Leads, and manage the selection and distribution of partners.
  • Communicate selection results and connect applicants to other opportunities when possible.
  • Handle partner commitments and manage partner logos for communications.
  • Ensure project kick-off meetings and smooth communication between students, faculty, and partners.
  • Support and liaise with 14 ARP Faculty Leads throughout the academic year, offering guidance on project management and student engagement.
  • Recruit and onboard new Faculty Leads, run orientation meetings, and manage shared resources.
  • Review and follow up on student assessments, making improvements for future cycles.
  • Train and manage 7 Teaching Assistants in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Write work certificates and reference letters for team members as needed.
  • Guide students through the ARP process, project selection, assessments, and professionalism expectations.
  • Respond to student questions and maintain weekly drop-in clinics during the Spring semester.
  • Work with the Direction of Studies to manage review committees, independent projects, and fieldwork guidelines.
  • Manage student project selection and allocation processes, collaborating with IT and Teaching Assistants.
  • Oversee ARP group email allocation and ensure grades are entered on time.
  • Collect and confirm permissions for 70 final ARP outputs, and coordinate their publication and sharing.
  • Support interviews and outreach for students, partners, and teaching team members.
  • Participate in regular team and committee meetings, recruitment webinars, and graduation preparation.
  • Support direction with partnership updates and provide information for reports.
