You lead the strategic product portfolio for the Semiconductor industry, focusing on ultra-pure water (UPW) applications. Your goal is to keep our offer competitive and aligned with customer needs. You work closely with global Product Management teams, act as the key link to Sales, and turn market insights into portfolio decisions. You also manage selected Microelectronics products and help drive long-term leadership and growth.

• Define and refine the Microelectronics portfolio strategy based on customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends
• Prioritize competitive products with Product Management teams and the Microelectronics organization
• Align portfolio with global growth targets and the innovation roadmap
• Consolidate market insights and customer feedback into portfolio development plans
• Support Sales and Marketing in showing portfolio value to customers
• Make sure portfolio decisions are used across the organization
• Work with R&D, Operations, and other key departments to deliver strategic initiatives
• Track portfolio performance, including growth, margin, and competitiveness
• Find gaps, risks, and opportunities to start corrective actions

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• Strong experience in the microelectronics industry
• 10+ years’ experience in portfolio and/or product management, ideally in a B2B or engineering environment
• Knowledge of market segmentation, product lifecycle, and strategic portfolio development
• Experience working in matrixed, multicultural environments
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts as customer value
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work well with others
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and commercial skills
