Deine Aufgaben
- Develop Treasury Policies, Rules, and control frameworks to ensure compliance
- Monitor and manage compliance with Treasury rules, policies, and external regulations daily
- Produce and analyze key KPIs measuring the financial performance of Treasury companies
- Work closely with Treasury stakeholders to support business development and projects
- Create monthly reports and analysis of net financial income and expense for the group
- Perform hedge accounting processes as needed during the fiscal year
- Support the Treasury group with static data, logical access management, and market rate feeds
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required information
- Monitor best practices and benchmark the control function against the market and peers
Was du mitbringst
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Treasury organization
- Strong knowledge of Treasury functions and principles
- Attention to detail, following procedures and internal controls to deliver timely and accurate results
- Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
