  • Ph.D. in strategic management, marketing, computer science, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong skills in quantitative research, statistical programming, and data analysis (such as R, Python, Stata)
  • Experience with causal inference methods, large-scale data analysis, or experimental designs is a plus
  • Potential or proven record of publishing in top peer-reviewed journals
  • Independence, reliability, and motivation for empirical research
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent English skills; German proficiency is helpful but not required
