You help drive sales and support the RS budget in your group of stores. You work closely with Beauty Advisors, support them on the shop floor, and bring the La Prairie and Chantecaille strategy to life. You provide 360 support and share assets with your stores.
Your tasks
- Represent La Prairie and Chantecaille, sharing their values and vision while tracking targets and working with the Retail Manager
- Give professional advice to local and international customers
- Listen to customer needs and explain products and how to use them
- Show and perform La Prairie Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals
- Pamper customers with short treatments and generosity programs
- Share the history, innovation, and values of both brands through storytelling
- Build and keep strong customer relationships
- Do customer loyalty activities (CRM) and keep customer data up to date
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines
- Make sure the trade plan is successful in your area
- Organize and host events and activities with retailers
- Report stock issues and encourage orders to support both brands
- Train retailer teams on brands and products on the shop floor
- Motivate Beauty Advisors and retailer staff
- Write visit reports after each store visit for the Retail Manager
- Send monthly plans and make sure coverage and support are prioritized per store
- Provide weekly and monthly sales trend reports per store
- Create content to support retailers, like training materials
What you bring
- Experience in luxury cosmetics
- Speak German well; English required; French and/or Italian are a plus
- Stay calm and flexible in stressful situations
- Take initiative, are self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
- Have a positive attitude and good manners
- Willing to travel across Switzerland
- Confident, convincing, and a strong negotiator
- Driven by targets and KPIs
- Basic knowledge of technology and digital CRM tools
