• Process investment capital calls and distributions, and confirm wire payments
• Maintain the Treasury System with both internal and external data
• Interact with external parties, such as general partners and banks
• Support the inbound data processing team
• Handle incoming documents related to investments, including filing and uploading
• Assist with data clean up in systems and file documents
• Manage centralized email inboxes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed

• Commercial apprenticeship or higher degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
• At least two years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably in funds or treasury
• Experience in payment processing, treasury, or call-backs is a plus
• Working proficiency in English (written and oral); German language skills are an asset
• Committed, precise, and accurate working style with eagerness to learn
