At Beau Soleil, you help create a summer camp experience where action, engagement, and participation matter. Deine Aufgaben
- Work with the Head of Summer Camp to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for campers from around the world
- Help recruit campers and keep warm, timely communication with families and agencies
- Assist in planning and improving the camp programme within the set budget
- Support hiring, training, and supervising seasonal staff
- Make sure campers are safe, healthy, and happy each day
- Apply and check risk assessments, safety standards, and procedures
- Help organize and coordinate events, trips, and themed activities
- Communicate clearly with parents, campers, and agencies
- Stay up to date with best practices in camp management and child development
- Support important administrative and admissions tasks as needed
Was du mitbringst
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Fluent in English; French is a plus, and other languages are welcome
- Strong IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or youth-focused environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team, ideally in a summer camp or similar setting
- Experience working with children and young people
- Experience in hospitality, events, or education is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build relationships with people from many cultural backgrounds
- Can work independently and stay calm under pressure
- Positive, dedicated, and warm personality
- Flexible and creative in solving challenges
