• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Training Systems, including Aircraft and Ground based Training Systems
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for different market segments using market and competitor analysis
• Provide solution configurations and technical content for bids to ensure compliant and compelling proposals
• Plan and execute product launches and campaigns, including creating and governing high-quality marketing materials
• Support Sales with concise briefs, demos, customer engagements, and reporting for senior management

• Master's degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical engineering; an additional degree in business administration or economics is a plus
• Experience in product management and product marketing of aviation products, ideally with training systems and 4th or 5th generation fighter aircraft
• Expertise in complex development environments and delivering results in multidisciplinary settings
• Excellent communication skills in English at minimum C1 level; other languages like German are an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented working style with responsibility and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, and effective team collaboration
