Your tasks

  • Process technical enquiries in first-level customer support and create solutions for customers, service centres, and subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate technical investigations with engineering departments and help update technical documentation.
  • Work in a 24/7 operation, including early and late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Identify product improvements, suggest modifications, and work on group or individual projects.
  • Travel to customers and service centres to provide hands-on training for troubleshooting and building customer relationships, as well as attend conferences.

What you bring

  • Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance in Mechanical Systems and Structural Design or Avionics and Electrical Systems.
  • Experience in MCC/AOG support is preferred.
  • EASA B1/B2 or equivalent training, preferably for the Pilatus PC-12 or PC-24; a BSc. in professional aeronautics is an advantage.
  • High level of responsibility and a structured approach.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools, SAP, and troubleshooting tools like Spotlight is an advantage.
  • Very good English skills (at least B2 level) are mandatory; German is an advantage.
