You help shape and lead the global People & Culture disclosure strategy within Roche's sustainability and external reporting. Your tasks

  • Own and define the global People & Culture disclosure strategy within the CSRD program, making sure it fits business priorities and regulatory needs.
  • Lead and represent People & Culture in cross-functional sustainability governance, influencing executive decisions and shaping Roche's external reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and manage People & Culture impacts, risks, and opportunities in line with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
  • Define and manage the People & Culture CSRD sprint backlog and oversee activities to meet CSRD requirements.
  • Ensure audit readiness for sustainability disclosures and annual report contributions, being responsible for KPI integrity and transparency.
  • Oversee and govern audit processes, working with senior stakeholders and external auditors to ensure strong documentation, controls, and compliance.
  • Chair and develop the People & Culture CSRD Data & Strategy Forum, driving alignment across global teams and resolving complex issues.
  • Design and set up validation frameworks and reporting controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic oversight of historical data and trend analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ESRS and sustainability regulations, interpreting new requirements and turning them into strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in People & Culture sustainability reporting, using digital, data, and process transformation.

What you bring

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Law, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in People & Culture data, governance, and operating models, with knowledge of compliance and external reporting.
  • Leadership experience in complex, global organizations, with skills to influence senior stakeholders and work in unclear situations.
  • Strategic and systems-thinking skills, with experience designing and scaling cross-functional programs.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
  • High attention to detail in documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
  • Preferred: Deep experience in sustainability/ESG reporting, especially with CSRD and the EU Green Deal.
  • Preferred: Experience working with regulators, auditors, or external reporting bodies.
  • Preferred: Background in leading enterprise transformation in data, reporting, or governance.
