Your tasks
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to product launch and end-of-life planning
- Work with customers, engineering teams, and partners to define and prioritize product requirements
- Make sure new features and improvements meet customer needs and follow all standards and regulations
- Maintain and improve existing products to stay competitive and solve customer problems
- Research the market to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors, and use this information for product improvements
- Plan and support product launches, coordinate marketing and sales teams, and manage promotional activities
- Analyze the product portfolio regularly to check performance, find new opportunities, and support business goals
What you bring
- University degree or higher education in engineering, business engineering, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of business economics and a strategic mindset
- Experience in fire safety or building management systems is a plus
- Familiarity with lean or agile development methods like SAFe is helpful
- Resilient, organized, and analytical, with excellent communication and people skills
- Very good English skills; German and other European languages are a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in Switzerland
