You help make sure our regulatory reporting platforms work smoothly every day. You work with IT and development teams to improve our services, make processes better, and keep everything running safely and efficiently. If you like solving problems, have experience with financial markets, and want to support clients, this role is for you.

• Give technical and functional support for BMERS services to keep things running well and following rules.
• Turn business needs into clear technical documents and help with checking new features.
• Watch for new rules and update services to match, while finding ways to make things better.
• Work with IT teams to test new releases and fixes before they go live.
• Talk with clients and work with teams inside the company to give great service and lower risks.

• Technical background is preferred, such as a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Know how financial markets work and have at least 5 years of experience in operations.
• Strong skills in analysis and solving problems.
• Can work well with different teams and explain ideas to both technical and business people.
• Understand EU regulatory rules or have worked on regulatory projects in financial services.
• Speak and write English very well. Spanish is required. Other languages like German or French are a plus.
• Are proactive, pay attention to details, and keep things organized while looking for ways to improve.
