- Provide second-level support for Operations service desks
- Analyze business needs, create requirements, and perform acceptance tests for the Spanish Market and Exchanges platform (SMART) and the new common Spanish and Swiss trading platform (Equinox)
- Manage configuration and reference data
- Implement projects, initiatives, and releases into operation
- Support business continuity and incident management
Was du mitbringst
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial sector, ideally at a financial market infrastructure provider
- Higher education qualification in finance or IT
- Strong knowledge of IT applications and exchange trading
- Excellent analytical and conceptual reasoning skills with the ability to share knowledge
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
