• Manage strategic and highly complex projects using company methodology, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the entire project lifecycle
• Analyze initiatives, prepare value-driven proposals, and present them in internal and external forums, representing the organization at national and international levels
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to define requirements, align solutions, ensure functional quality, and lead testing and implementation activities
• Produce and review key documentation, including procedures, functional requirements, and legal and technical materials, ensuring compliance with governance standards
• Provide subject-matter expertise as a functional reference, contributing to working groups and influencing product aspects such as pricing strategies and operating models
• Drive organizational transformation toward agile and virtual operating models, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and consistency in the execution of complex projects

• At least 7 years of experience in project management or project portfolio area
• Experience in financial markets, clearing, or settlement is highly valuable
• Proven leadership skills through leading project teams
• Project management skills, knowledge of agile methods (such as SCRUM, SAFe), and good general management knowledge
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Very good oral and written skills in English and Spanish
