• Work closely with unit leaders and customers from the Swiss Air Force and regional airports
• Support the manager by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth operations
• Take ownership of the division's tracking list and manage financial tasks related to contracts and internal processes
• Monitor, compile, and maintain statistics and data
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, documentation, and follow-up items
• Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and internal events
• Write meeting minutes and help prepare presentations and reports
• Provide reliable administrative and organizational support

• Several years of experience (typically 5+ years) in business support with strong customer orientation
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, proactive work style focused on quality
• High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
• Ability to think holistically and develop solutions beyond the obvious
• Interest in continuous learning and openness to new perspectives
• Interest in or willingness to learn about military aviation
• Team player who shares information and ideas in meetings and interactions
• Strong communication skills in German and English; French is an advantage
