You help keep our engine maintenance records safe and organized. You work with both paper and electronic files, making sure everything is ready for audits and easy to find. You support many teams and help our company meet important rules and agreements.
Your tasks
- Archive all work documents from internal production areas and from external suppliers and service providers
- Maintain physical and electronic archives
- Prepare work documents for scanning, following specifications and regulatory requirements
- Check documents for completeness
- Scan documents and transfer data to data servers
- Provide documents for audits by authorities and customers
- Support Quality Managers with documents
- Create digital media (CD-ROMs, USB sticks, electronic data transfer) for customer documentation about engine maintenance
- Help internal departments search for individual documents
- Keep digital and physical archives up to date according to authority regulations (EASA, FAA, FOCA) and customer contracts
- Send documents to customers
What you bring
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector or technical vocational training with further education
- Experience in the aviation industry (MRO, aircraft or engine maintenance) is an advantage
- English B1 and German B1
- Experience with archiving software
- User knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
