Your tasks
- Repair and modify composite structural components
- Inspect and assess composite damage
- Work according to repair schemes, specifications, and drawings
- Document work steps and inspection results
- Ensure quality and safety compliance
- Apply 5S principles and support productivity improvements
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams
What you bring
- Technical apprenticeship (such as polymer technologist or sheet metal worker)
- Proven experience in composite repair
- High accuracy and ability to work independently
- Open-minded team player
- Good English skills (minimum B2); German is an advantage
- Basic IT skills
- Willing to work a 2-shift schedule
- EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit required
