You will support engine maintenance processes and work with teams across the company and with engine manufacturers to find repair solutions. Your tasks

  • Provide technical support for engine maintenance processes, including disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing
  • Work closely with internal teams and engine manufacturers to find repair solutions
  • Lead and support technical failure investigations, root cause analysis, and problem-solving in engine maintenance
  • Offer technical expertise for engine maintenance and part repair, ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145 and company quality standards
  • Assess and integrate OEM technical data and customer needs into work procedures to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to enhance repairability, reliability, and performance of engine components
  • Act as a key contact for internal teams, engine manufacturers, and customers, including joining product conferences and technical talks
  • Develop and improve maintenance concepts, technical standards, reliability analysis, and maintenance programs for CFM56 and PW4000 engines

What you bring

  • University or FH (Master/Bachelor), or HF degree
  • First experience in aviation, engine MRO, or manufacturing is an advantage
  • Proficient in English (Level C1) and German (Level C1)
  • Applicants must hold an EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit due to Swiss immigration regulations
