• Lead maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment in your specialized field
• Build deep know-how for specific processes and equipment
• Improve process efficiency using technology and LEAN tools
• Administer and supervise external partners on site
• Create and maintain documentation
• Implement LEAN methods like 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis
• Perform simple mechanical and manufacturing tasks
• Design and modify equipment that is not commercial off the shelf
• Promote research and development for supported processes
• Ensure cost reduction through automation and efficiency improvements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, aviation, or equivalent
• Experience in MRO and/or engine maintenance is desired
• Skills in design and drawing of components with CAD; experience with Fusion 360 is a plus
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP
• Fluent in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2)
• EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit required
