• Develop and manage a team of about 20 to 25 employees, focusing on safety, quality, and meeting time and cost goals
• Coordinate your team’s work with direct stakeholders to support organizational goals
• Promote a positive safety culture and make sure safety and quality policies are communicated, promoted, and implemented
• Lead and manage a multicultural team, encouraging performance, engagement, and a positive work environment
• Drive performance culture through target setting and regular follow-up with all employees using performance management processes
• Plan and allocate resources to ensure high productivity and monitor labor efficiency
• Support employee development and skill management through training, qualifications, certifications, and performance evaluations
