• Ensure a safe and compliant workplace that meets all Safety, Health, Environmental, and airworthiness rules and company standards
• Make sure all work and documents meet quality and authority requirements
• Plan, assign, and manage your team’s work, including vacation, skills, and efficiency, based on engine planning and business needs
• Help your team grow through training, skills management, and performance management, while keeping them motivated and engaged
• Support operational excellence by organizing cross-departmental help, tools, equipment, documents, and reliable processes
• Drive continuous improvement by using Lean principles, managing 5S, and improving processes to reach company goals
• Build a performance-driven culture with clear goals, regular follow-up, and strong leadership

• Technical apprenticeship
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with good knowledge of operational activities
• Experience in a leadership role
• English language skills at level B1
• German language skills at level C1 or higher
• Knowledge of Lean methodology
• Further management education is a plus, but not required
• EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit required due to Swiss immigration rules
