Your tasks
- Weld complex engine components using various welding methods, including pre- and post-processing
- Straighten and mechanically rework parts
- Support the development of new welding processes
- Perform self-inspection and complete documentation
- Follow safety and quality requirements
- Maintain 5S discipline
- Contribute to continuous improvement
What you bring
- Completed apprenticeship in metalworking
- Proven TIG welding experience
- Precise and responsible work style
- Team player with strong commitment
- Willing to work in a 2-shift system
- Very good German skills (minimum B2); English skills (minimum A2)
- Basic MS Office skills
- EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss working permit required
