In this role, you help improve our MRP and IBP processes and support important transformation projects. You work closely with others to create useful analytics and reports that help the Global Consumables Team make smart decisions. Your work makes our supply chain better, faster, and more efficient.
Your tasks
- Support and represent the Consumables team in SAP projects like SAP IBP and S/4HANA
- Work with the Global Consumables Team and partners to find and focus on analytics needs
- Create and share clear, useful analytics and make sure data is correct and helpful
- Find ways to make supply chain processes better
- Help with reporting tasks and make presentations
- Automate reports and analytics to save time
- Give ad-hoc analysis and support to others when needed
- Write down analytics processes and keep good records for the team
What you bring
- Technical or commercial education with extra training in supply chain or procurement
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or materials management
- Good skills in SAP R/3, S/4HANA, IBP, and Business Warehouse
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Practical experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus
- Experience in injection molding is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Work well independently, are assertive, and disciplined with data
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
- Customer-focused, collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented
