Join a leading research group focused on immunological memory and translational immuno-oncology. You will study human B and T cell memory in infection, vaccination, and cancer, using advanced experimental methods and working within a large, collaborative department in Basel.

• Establish models of B and T cell priming in human lymphoid organoids
• Characterize organoids and primary samples using flow cytometry and single cell sequencing
• Analyze and visualize high-dimensional data
• Engineer T cell receptors with CRISPR-Cas9
• Test B and T cell priming conditions in organoids and mouse models of infection
• Support and prepare scientific reports and journal articles

• Master's degree in Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medicine, or related fields
• Experience in designing and running laboratory experiments
• Willingness to work with mice
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Strong interest in quantitative disciplines
• Teamwork skills
• Any of the following is a plus: experience in working with mice, training in laboratory animal science (LTK, FELASA or equivalent), experience in flow cytometry and/or single cell RNA sequencing
