Deine Tasks
- Coordinate, plan, and run basic and specialized trainings as needed
- Track progress of scheduled trainings
- Document and archive completed trainings
- Plan and conduct initial certifications and re-certifications
- Analyze knowledge checks and schedule repeat trainings as required
- Update and create training documents with QA Assembly
- Support process improvement projects
- Continuously develop training processes in Assembly
- Supervise and coordinate trainees during internships in Assembly
- Work on global and cross-department training topics
Was du mitbringst
- Completed vocational training and/or further education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or similar field
- At least 5 years of work experience in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of various assembly techniques
- Quality awareness, teamwork, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Good English skills
- At least 1 year of experience in the defined specific area
