You support our Legal & Compliance team and get hands-on experience with real legal matters in an international high-tech environment. You work closely with a small team, help with contracts, compliance, and legal research, and learn about legal challenges in a global company.
Your tasks
- Review and draft standard commercial agreements
- Support contract redlining, document comparisons, and clarify contract language
- Conduct legal research in areas like trade compliance, export controls, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with internal compliance activities, including data privacy and corporate governance
- Prepare routine internal documents such as meeting minutes, templates, and short memos
- Maintain legal databases, contract records, and clause libraries
- Support research on risk topics like liability, suppliers, and product obligations
- Work with other departments when legal or documentation questions come up
- Help with daily administrative and legal coordination tasks
What you bring
- Enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in Law
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Structured and reliable working style
- Motivated to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute proactively in a small team
- Beneficial: experience with AI tools (like Copilot), strong MS Office skills, and basic knowledge of commercial contract or export control topics
