Deine Aufgaben

  • Work with R&D teams to develop new products focused on gas delivery opportunities.
  • Find new market opportunities by analyzing market sizes, competition, and patents, and work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
  • Be the main contact for SEMI OEMs on all commercial and technical topics for the new gas delivery product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with engineering to solve customer problems and help define the product roadmap for gas inlet products.
  • Manage the product life cycle, including development, launch, customization, pricing, training, and marketing materials.
  • Study market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings and plan for future requirements.
  • Monitor account and product line profitability and suggest actions to improve results.
  • Support sales teams with customer acquisition, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Train sales engineers and customers, and create technical documents like manuals and data sheets.

Was du mitbringst

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or similar field (Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus).
  • Extra degree in business, marketing, innovation, or proven commercial experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; experience in gas inlet dynamics is preferred.
  • Experience in product development and management in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-tech B2B sales and managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor market and WFE manufacturing processes.
  • Experience managing international projects.
  • Fluent in business English (spoken and written); German is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to travel internationally (about 10%).
