Your tasks
- Coordinate and process customer complaints
- Take quality responsibility for innovation and relocation projects, including turning customer needs into quality plans and monitoring quality elements like in-process checks, initial sample inspections, traceability, and quality evidence documents
- Run D-FMEA and support P-FMEA activities
- Support and manage change requests
- Carry out internal and external audits
- Deliver quality training to others
- Improve and develop processes further
- Support product management during customer visits and audits
What you bring
- Completed education as a quality specialist or quality manager
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
- Experience in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)
- Basic technical education with solid work experience
- Several years of experience in quality management, handling customer complaints, and advanced quality planning
- Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, and SPC
- Systematic, methodical, and solution-focused way of working
- High level of independence
- Willingness to expand your knowledge
- Teamwork skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
