You lead complex technology projects and help build strong project management in our IT and business teams. You make sure projects run smoothly, teams work together, and everyone has the information they need to make smart decisions.

• Lead medium to large IT projects across business and IT teams
• Make sure everyone is aligned and communication is clear
• Plan, execute, and check quality for all projects
• Track project status, risks, costs, and progress
• Share clear dashboards, KPIs, and financial updates
• Watch budgets, forecasts, and make changes when needed
• Standardize project and portfolio management processes
• Set up RACI models and improve approval steps
• Help teams use new practices and work together
• Mentor project managers and grow the project management community

• 7+ years managing IT projects in medium to large settings
• Experience leading teams across countries and cultures, especially Switzerland and Malaysia
• Strong skills in project governance, PMO, and portfolio management
• Expert in project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to design and improve governance and prioritization systems
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence (financial tools are a plus)
