You help shape the future of purity and cleaning in the semiconductor industry. You join a leading international company focused on innovation, efficiency and ambition. You work in the Corporate R&D Business Unit within the Semiconductor Solutions Group, where new technologies and solutions are developed to keep VAT ahead in the market.

• Create and maintain global specifications for cleaning and purity, such as cleanrooms
• Define and manage acceptance criteria for cleanrooms and media, working with other teams
• Develop global guidelines and specifications for cleanroom tools and how to keep them clean
• Collect customer specifications and turn them into central guidelines for VAT
• Set cleaning and purity requirements for quality checks at suppliers
• Set standards to meet customer work instructions on cleanliness, including cleaning, handling, and packaging components
• Review customer specifications and define training content about cleanliness, cleanrooms, and behavior
• Research and create global documents about cleanliness

• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with tools like particle counters
• Good skills in Microsoft Office
• Very good mechanical understanding
• Good German and English skills for reading customer specifications
• Strong analytical skills
• Work independently and create global documents on your own
