You drive the growth of Zurich's multinational employee benefits solutions in France and Southern Europe. You develop and lead distribution strategies, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensure top service from the first contact to ongoing account management. This role gives you the chance to lead strategically and work hands-on in business development, shaping Zurich's presence in a dynamic market.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Develop and carry out innovative distribution strategies to reach regional and global business goals.
  • Lead the full RfP process for new business opportunities in your area.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and setup for new accounts.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, employee benefits consultants, and local insurance partners to ensure high satisfaction and trust.
  • Boost business growth by working with local and international insurance network partners.
  • Work closely with global partners to connect local insurance agreements to global employee benefits solutions.
  • Watch market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
  • Share clear reports with senior customer management, showing performance and business growth.
  • Work with teams like Underwriting, Operations, and Finance to give customers complete solutions.
  • Use the ZGEBS CRM system to gather market information and keep data accurate.
  • Represent ZGEBS at conferences and industry events to strengthen our reputation and grow our market presence.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 7 years of experience in customer and distribution management or sales leadership, with 5 years in employee benefits sales or account management, ideally with global benefits financing experience.
  • Background in insurance or financial services is a plus.
  • Proven success in reaching business growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can put plans into action.
  • Strong in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working well across regions and business teams.
  • Can work independently and succeed in a complex, international setting.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); Italian and Spanish are a plus.
  • Preference for native French speakers.
